
Celebrate your special kid with the Best Party Ever at Go Ninja!
- You get the VIP treatment with a dedicated, trained party host and EXCLUSIVE use of the entire facility, including all obstacles and the party room for 1 hour 45 minutes. Plus an extra 15 minutes prior to the party to set up. Please do not arrive prior to 15 minutes as we will be busy cleaning and prepping the space for your party.
- The party is inclusive of 20 total child participants on the course. Adults may be present and do not count towards the total head count.
- If you'd like to have more than 20 kids, it is $5 extra per kid up to a max of 25.
- You will get to focus on enjoying the celebration as our Ninja staff will handle the clean-up and help you unload and pack up your things.
- You supply the party guests and any food/drink of your choice, and we'll handle the rest!
- Birthday Kid gets a free GO NINJA Headband.
* All party bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance. If you're looking to book a party within the next 14 days, please email contact@letsgoninja.com to check availability. Parties booked within 14 days are subject to a $50 last-minute booking fee. Thank you for your understanding!
Frequently Asked Questions
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH OR CHECK?
GO NINJA does not accept cash or check. When booking a birthday party, please note there is a credit card processing/admin fee that is included on the total price of the party.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR PARTIES?
While there are not any age restrictions during birthday parties, we do recommend that the birthday child be turning at least 5 years old.
IS THE GUEST OF HONOR INCLUDED IN THE HEADCOUNT?
Yes, the birthday celebrant is included towards the total count and you do NOT need to RSVP the birthday child. Adults that stick around for the party do NOT count towards the headcount.
CAN ADULTS PARTICIPATE, TOO?
For safety reasons, adults are not allowed on the course.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in any food, snacks or refreshments.
We have cake knives and lighters, but please bring candles.
We also have a water fountains and a water bottle fill station should you need additional hydration free of charge. Hosts are responsible for supplying paper products for food/refreshments.
CAN I BRING DECORATIONS?
Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations. Our party rooms have some ninja decorations up as well. The party room has 2 picnic tables and seats 25 kids maximum.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY?
Parties can be cancelled or rescheduled with 21 or more days notice with no fee. Any cancellations within 21 days to the originally scheduled event are subject to $100 fee.
